The Prosys Concealed Cistern
The Ideal Standard ProSys concealed cisterns, are the perfect choice for installing with floor standing and back-to-wall bowls. These superior quality cisterns have a choice of depths 120 mm or 150 mm, depending on the installation requirements, and have the option of fitting the flush plate to the front or top (150 only).
The Prosys cisterns benefits from features such as the water saving “smart valve” and tool free maintenance.

ProSys™ SmartValve – Sustainability and efficiency with every flush
All Ideal Standard ProSys cisterns are equipped with this innovative water saving technology. This special inlet valve can save up to 63 litres of water a week, which corresponds to a 12% reduction in water bills (Estimated 12% of total water bill based on 4-person household).
Water waste is avoided during flushing by only allowing water into the cistern after the flush valve is closed, saving 0.5 litres per flush.
SmartValve is a versatile product with reduced dimensions, a counter-pressure closing system, is quick filling and effective at any network pressure. The inlet valve is compliant with AUK1 water regulations.

Delivery Charges
We provide a home delivery service through a number of leading courier agencies. Delivery charges are determined by how fragile, size and weight of the product(s) being delivered as follows:
- Small size and lightweight products are charged at £7.63 including VAT;
- Medium size and medium weight products are charged from £10.50 including VAT; and
- Large size and heavy products are charged at £54.00 including VAT. These types of products or large orders will be delivered on a pallet.
The estimated delivery charge and dispatch time for each product is shown on the right-hand side near the top of this page. At check out, the actual delivery charge will be clearly shown before placing your order.
Extended Area Charges
There are a limited number of locations based upon the delivery postcode that will receive an extended area charge – this is purely because the courier charges an additional delivery charge to very remote areas.

- Orders received before 12:00 pm on any working day will be processed the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm on any working day will be processed the following working day.
- Immediately after placing your order, an email will be sent to the address provided confirming your order details and estimated dispatch time. Please contact our customer services team if you do not receive your order confirmation.
