We provide a home delivery service through a number of leading courier agencies. Delivery charges are determined by how fragile, size and weight of the product(s) being delivered as follows:

• Small size and lightweight products are charged at £7.95 including VAT;
• Medium size and medium weight products are charged from £10.95 including VAT; and
• Large size and heavy products are charged at £59.95 including VAT. These types of products or large orders will be delivered on a pallet.

The estimated delivery charge and dispatch time for each product is shown on the right-hand side near the top of this page. At check out, the actual delivery charge will be clearly shown before placing your order.

Extended Area Charges

There are a limited number of locations based upon the delivery postcode that will receive an extended area charge – this is purely because the courier charges an additional delivery charge to very remote areas.

Order Processing

1. Orders received before 12:00 pm on any working day will be processed the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm on any working day will be processed the following working day.
2. Immediately after placing your order, an email will be sent to the address provided confirming your order details and estimated dispatch time. Please contact our customer services team if you do not receive your order confirmation.
