Special/Bespoke Products
Special Order
Products flagged as Special Order are ordered direct from our suppliers and mean they may have a longer lead time than the 10 working days we advise. We will be able to confirm this to you within three days of your order being placed, if not sooner, or if you prefer to give us a call, we can find out in advance. On occasion, we may have special order products in stock ready for immediate despatch.
Special Order products can be cancelled or returned in line with your consumer rights, however there may be a re-stocking fee applied. If the product has been shipped from the supplier or us, we will advise of any deductions to be made when you contact us. We will not always deduct a restocking fee if the supplier does not charge us. Where a product has been delivered, and you wish to return it to us, you are responsible for the return costs. If you wish us to arrange a collection, we can do this, and we will advise of the collection charge prior to completion. Any charges will be deducted from your final refund.
Please note: Products that were originally delivered on a pallet will need to be returned on the pallet. Any products returned on a pallet will need to be properly secured to the pallet before we can arrange collection.
Bespoke Products
Products flagged as bespoke are made to order with your specifications and as such we are unable to cancel or accept a return. We will not commence processing of your Order, relating to Bespoke Products until the end of the cancellation period as set out in Condition 9.1 until you reply to our email confirming in writing that you want us to. If you do request in writing that we commence processing of your Order before the end of the cancellation period set out in Condition 9.1 you will be required to pay for the Bespoke Products supplied to you prior to cancellation of the Contract.
Delivery Charges
We provide a home delivery service through a number of leading courier agencies. Delivery charges are determined by how fragile, size and weight of the product(s) being delivered as follows:
- Small size and lightweight products are charged at £7.63 including VAT;
- Medium size and medium weight products are charged from £10.50 including VAT; and
- Large size and heavy products are charged at £54.00 including VAT. These types of products or large orders will be delivered on a pallet.
The estimated delivery charge and dispatch time for each product is shown on the right-hand side near the top of this page. At check out, the actual delivery charge will be clearly shown before placing your order.
Extended Area Charges
There are a limited number of locations based upon the delivery postcode that will receive an extended area charge – this is purely because the courier charges an additional delivery charge to very remote areas.
Order Processing
- Orders received before 12:00 pm on any working day will be processed the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm on any working day will be processed the following working day.
- Immediately after placing your order, an email will be sent to the address provided confirming your order details and estimated dispatch time. Please contact our customer services team if you do not receive your order confirmation.
