We are super excited to be able to offer a click and collect service operated by UPS Access Points. This allows customers the greatest flexibility by being able to arrange delivery of their order to the nearest and most convenient Access Point facility.
Access Point facilities are local retail outlets such as newsagent or grocery store and often operate extended opening hours evening and weekends. This means that you do not have to stay at home waiting for your order to be delivered – you can collect it at a time convenient to your busy schedule.
How It Works
When checking out please select the UPS Access Point option for delivery. Note that only small to medium products that do not exceed 20kg in weight or 80cm in length can be delivered through Access Points.
If you select to have your order delivered to a UPS Access Point, you will receive a notification alert via email or SMS when your order has arrived and is ready for collection. You must present a recognised form of photo ID to collect your parcel.

UPS Access Points is cheaper than the standard home delivery service especially for remote locations that may receive extended delivery charges;

We provide a home delivery service through a number of leading courier agencies. Delivery charges are determined by how fragile, size and weight of the product(s) being delivered as follows:
Small size and light weight products are charged at £4.99 including VAT;
Medium size and medium weight products are charged at £8.99 including VAT; and
Large size and heavy products are charged at £39.99 including VAT. These types of products or large orders will be delivered on a pallet.
The estimated delivery charge and dispatch time for each product is shown on the right hand side near the top of this page. At check out the actual delivery charge will be clearly shown before placing your order.
Extended Area Charges
There are a limited number of locations based upon the delivery postcode that will receive an extended area charge – this is purely because the courier charges an additional delivery charge to very remote areas.
Orders received before 2pm on any working day will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2pm on any working day will be processed the following working day.
Immediately after placing your order an email will be sent to the address provided confirming your order details and estimated dispatch time. Please contact our customer services team if you do not receive your order confirmation at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0845 170 6000.
